By placing an order through dainton.beer, you accept these terms and conditions.
Once you have ordered a product online, we will try our best to get the product to you ASAP. We have linked up with Australia Post Express Post Service to provide fast delivery for all Australian capital cities, major metropolitan, regional areas and international destinations.
The shipping times we provided are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to these late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Australia Post is a third party and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our shipping, some orders cannot be adjusted. Dainton Brewery cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses and will not replace orders not delivered as a result of you entering an incorrect address.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own individual countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by you, the customer, on delivery of order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and all credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A contract for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been approved, your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.
We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
All warranties, if applicable, are that of Daicom Australia Pty Ltd.
All express or implied guarantees, warranties, representations or other terms and conditions not contained in these terms and conditions, are excluded from these terms and conditions and your contract with us to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any warranty or condition implied at law is limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
Refunds & Returns
At Dainton Brewery we understand that there will be times when you may want to return items purchased on our website.
In order for your return to be processed, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com or by phone on (03) 9775 0334.
Before contacting customer service, we ask that you read the below policy and instructions.
Change of mind
Any return requests due to ‘change of mind’ must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All ‘change of mind’ return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Dainton Brewery is not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for return requests due to ‘change of mind’.
Please note that at no time will Collins Booksellers provide a ‘change of mind’ return or refund for the purchase of gift cards
If we do accept your ‘change of mind’ return request, the following terms are applicable:
- Product must arrive at our warehouse in new condition
- Postage will not be paid by Dainton Brewery
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Dainton Brewery guarantees that any goods purchased from our website are of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are sold, and match the sample and any description provided on the website. If you have received the wrong items or where an item has arrived damaged or faulty or in any way does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact our online customer service team via email at email@example.com
Where the items received do not meet the consumer guarantees set-out above or under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the following remedies:
If items are returned:
- a refund in relation to the items; or
- an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonable available;
If items are not returned:
- Compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
Dainton Brewery may require proof of purchase for any return claim to be completed.
Collins Booksellers does not accept returns of gift cards under any circumstances.
How long will it take?
Once the returned items are received, we will make every effort to process the return claim within three business days. Where refunds are issued to a credit card account, the refund may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on the policy of your credit card provider.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Dainton Brewery reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
