We send all our beer out in 12 packs to save on postage and to make sure the beer is fresh for you. We store all our beer at 4 degrees at the brewery and we endeavour to get the beer to you in the best possible condition.
However the beer will not be shipped using refrigerated couriers due to logistical factors. So we recommend getting your beer into your fridge ASAP when it arrives.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100 with a delivery address in Australia. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $6.95 per order.
If you live in a remote location and/or your order is quite large (more than 15kg) we may have to charge an extra shipping fee. We aim to keep these charges to a minimum and will contact you if your order is subject to any additional shipping fees.
Signature is required on all deliveries.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TERMS?
We request that all deliveries are to be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, a calling card with instructions will be left by the courier.
We do offer the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave at front door. If you choose to provide instructions allowing the parcel be left unattended at the delivery address we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. Providing authority to leave instructions indicates that you accept the associated risks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on your location, orders will arrive 2 – 10 business days after leaving our brewery. If you have not received your order 10 business days after the shipping date please email email@example.com!
Orders are processed within one business day with priority processing for Express Delivery orders. During busy periods (ie. new product releases, Christmas etc.) it can take up to two business days for orders to be processed.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM DAINTON BREWERY TAPHOUSE?
Of course. We are more than happy for you to place online orders for Tap-House collection during our opening hours.
Please keep the following in mind:
- You must show your order receipt and ID to Tap-House staff to be able to collect your order. Add a note to your order or send us an email if somebody else is collecting the goods on your behalf.
- We will send you a Ready to Collect email when your order is ready. Orders cannot be collected prior to you receiving this notification.
- Orders are processed and packed Monday to Thursday to be ready for collection by 4pm each Friday (allow at least 24 hours).
What about Dry Zones?
Please note that we cannot send beer to certain zones and territories in Australia. Please check to make sure you are not in a banned zone as payment will be processed and we’ll need to refund your money if we cannot send the beer.
Also note that we will not send beer to some locations in Australia where the delivery time is going to be longer than 2 – 3 days. This is due to our stand on getting beer to you in great condition and we don’t want beer being handled and not cold for any longer than that.
